Children's flu vaccine - NHS

We have now organised our clinics for the child nasal flu vaccinations, and appointments are available to book. 

To be eligible your child must be;

• aged 2-3 years, but not 4 years old on the 31^st August 2025
• home schooled children
• Aged 6months to less than 18 years within a clinical risk group/long term condition such as asthma, diabetes, a learning disability – please see the link above for further information

For children aged 4 and over there are school vaccination programmes available to you.

Our clinics are planned on the following dates and times so please call us on 01623 664877 to book in;

9^th September 2025     3pm to 4.45pm

10^th September 2025   3pm to 5.45pm

Pregnant Women

From the 1^st September we are able to administer the flu vaccine to pregnant ladies and this will be incorporated with your midwife appointments which are held here on Wednesdays and Fridays.  No need to book an appointment, but please ensure you speak with your midwife on the day.

We are able to offer this to patients from week commencing the 8^th September 2025.

Over 65 Years of Age & Under 65 Years of Age in a Clinical Risk Group

The link at the top of this page outlines which cohort of patients you may fall into. 

If eligible we will also have attempted to contact you via SMS on the number on your patient file.

Please be advised on the day of this clinic parking will be limited, however we do aim to have everyone seen within a matter of minutes.

Our flu clinic for this cohort of patients will run on Saturday 4^th October 2025 from 9am to 11.45am.
