Services offered by the practice include:

New Patient Checks. These are offered for all our new patient and are usually done by our Health Care Assistants .

Minor Surgery. All doctors offer cryotherapy and joint injections but Dr Pearce and Dhamrait have an interest in Minor surgical procedures.

Maternity Services. Run by our community midwife on a Tuesday and Wednesday.

Vaccinations. Regular Flu vaccination clinics are run between September and March to cover the at risk times. We are particularly keen to target those with Chronic illnesses such as Diabetes or Asthma.We also offer Pneumococcal vaccine and other immunisations such as Shingles.

Health Checks. Various general check ups are available with the doctors or our HCA. We provide screening for lipids (cholesterol) and Helicobacter breath testing for those with digestion problems to name a few services. We also provide in house ECG and Sprirometry testing.

Contraception Services. This is provided by all the doctors. We also provide Depo injections and Dr Vanessa Pearce holds Coil Fitting Clinics. We do not provide Implanon fitting but Family Planning clinics are available locally free of charge.

Cervical Smears. We have a 3 and 5 yearly recall system and follow up using liquid based testing

Child Immunisations. Baby clinics are run by all of the Partners working with our Practice nurses starting at 8 weeks of age.

Cryotherapy. All GP Partners offer wart removal appointments and we have our own store of liquid nitrogen. If you are unable to attend special clinics please book an appointment to see one of the partners.

Counselling. See separate section.

Private Medical Examinations. HGV and Sports or Insurance medicals are available at an additional cost. These are usually quite time consuming and we would normally ask for a small deposit to secure your appointment.
